Often, and lately most of the time, when I try to log in, I get a message similar to "this page can't load". A while ago I did a google search and followed these steps: windows + R, type services.msc, click ok, look for DNSClient, right click to choose restart. After I follow these steps, I can then log in.
The correction is not permanent. Is there anything I can do to stop getting the message and to be able to log in each time?
