Problem: Replies not bumping up threads

On the Collectors Board I've noticed on many threads that someone will reply, but that thread does not then get bumped up. The thread stays at it's prior position on the board list with the prior reply's date and time, even though a new reply has been posted.

Is this a general Discussion Board problem or something with just the Collectors Board? Can someone fix it? Is it fixable?

Help! It's very discombobulating! (is that a word?)

It's happening on all of the boards and they are doing everything possible to fix it. Believe me, it's driving us all insane.

BTW, even YOUR reply did not bump this thread up. I only knew you had responded because I turned on the email notification.

Yes. If you wait for the post to go through on it's own, it usually bumps to the top. If you click on stop, refresh, or the thread title, it usually posts, but doesn't bump the thread.

I'm a bit impatient.

just some more fyi ~~ keep in mind that while trying to fix all this server stuff, they might turn off email notification, too, so you might have to check on the threads on your own...
