Problem getting through to MS

Is anyone else having problems getting through to MS this morning? I keep getting a fast busy signal on both the 800 and the direct dial numbers.

I know I paid my phone bill this month...

Yes, it took about 10 minutes of dialing before getting through then it was a 6 minute wait to speak with someone. Keep trying - you will get through.
