Problem Claiming Sharing the Magic Rewards

Has anyone else had problems claiming their sharing the magic reward on dvcmember.com? I am trying to claim my $200 Disney gift card for referring my brother to DVC and the screen goes white everytime I try to submit my claim. I do not get any confirmation or email and I can still see the reward is unclaimed.

Anyone else experience this? Any thoughts on if it is my computer or the site?

No suprise there. The DVCMembers.com website is one of the most error prone I have ever seen.
