Probably a stupid question?

Does Toy Story Mania offer Fast pass? I'm trying to figure out what to get DH to grab first when we get there and if it offers FP, I'm thinking that getting that would be better than Soarin'?

Here is another one. I'm looking on the map and I see the parade route. It's an old map and doesn't have TSMM on it, which is why I can't just answer the above question. Does HSM3 follow that same route or is it done in a specific area of the park?

Mary

No FP for TSMM. And the hsm3 show is in just a certain area I believe...someone will know the answer for you. :)

TSMM doesn't have a fastpass, about the best you can do is the single rider line, or get in line for it first thing when the park opens. You can get a FP to Soarin on the way in.

Does Soarin' typically have a long wait like it does at WDW? HSM will be at 3:15, so I think we'll be running in and heading straight to wherever we need to be standing for that. We've never seen the HSM at WDW. Last time we were there, they had stopped HSM1 and hadn't started 2 yet so I'd like to make sure we see it at DL.

HSM3 follows the same parade route as HSM1 & 2 and the Pixar Play Parade. They drive thru and stop in certain spots to do a little "number" and then they move on.

There is no FP for TSMM but there is a single rider line that is open when the line gets long. We went right after it opened in the middle of the day, the sign said 45 min. but it was more like 30. I think it tends to be longer in the morning and at night.

Thanks! We'll decide where to stand for HSM and if it's a good spot, we'll just keep it for the parade.

No FP for TSMM, but if you get there 1st thing before they open the line, you can do what we did:
We entered via the Grand CA entrance around 9:30. You can only do this if you are a guest of one of the DLR hotels. But, even if you enter from the gates by 9:45, you can still do this.

While DH and the kids waited by the rope for the march to the TSMM line (near GRR) I ran over to Soarin' and grabbed FPs to use later and then met the rest of the family at the TSMM line. We were the 3rd group to board TSMM.

You can do Soarin' first and then go to TSMM, but by then the line for TSMM will be a lot longer.

I was just reading this on another thread:

HSM:3 will go to a Friday through Sunday only schedule (might be offered on some Monday Holidays).

Might help with your scheduling.

Thanks. I saw the too. That's why we have to get it done on either the Saturday or Sunday. Saturday we'll be driving from Monterey and Sunday we'll be doing a whale watch in the morning. We'll try on Saturday and if we miss it, hopefully we'll catch it on Sunday.

I'm still hoping they'll do fireworks on that Saturday, 1/31, but it's not on their calendar.

Thanks, but we won't be getting there until the afternoon on our first day. Probably 2:00pm or so, from what I'm guessing. We'll be driving in from Monterey, so it'll just depend on how early we get on the road and how many stops we have to make along the way.

It is popular, but certainly not as popular as at Epcot. At Epcot, the lines reach 60-90 minutes within the first couple hours of the park being open. DCA's reaches about 45 minutes during semi-busy seasons by noon and stays about that for the rest of the day.
