...Is there a limit to how many items you can gate check? We have 2 umbrella strollers and I was going to check one of them, but the box got ruined! I ordered a padded bag for it, but a) I don't know if it will get here in time and b) I don't know how sturdy it will be. Will gate checking it subject it to less abuse? I'm more worried about heavy stuff getting tossed on top of it. The bag is black so dirt, etc doesn't bother me. I know we'll have to gate check at least one of them but I didn't know if we could gate check 2 of them. I also don't know if both of the strollers will fit in the bag. If it is big enough, then I will absolutely gate check the bag with both of them in it. The strollers are both Macs (1 Volo and 1 Triumph), and I bought a separate smaller bag in case they don't both fit.

Are you planning to go through security with the strollers in the bag? I dont know how big this will be but they might give you grief. Strollers can be gate checked by themselves, they do not need to be in a bag. They are loaded last so they might be in better care out of the bag.
