I have used them several times and my recipients have always been pleased.

There was a problem with an order. I called and they immediately refunded my money. Once the credit clears, I will place an additional order for my mom.

UPS on the other hand....for shame! They expect you to knock on the door, not abandon the package causing its contents to ruin when my mom sits at home waiting for it. (We have not had a problem in the past, so I should say--UPS Driver, for shame!)

I feel your pain. I had a problem two Christmases ago with UPS not knocking and leaving very expensive Harry & David fruit baskets outside in sub-zero weather. Harry & David had them redelivered with the same result. I ended up making fruit and candy baskets for those people instead.

I love Pro-Flowers. DH has ordered from them many times and the bouquets come as described and last for a long time.
