Private sale of points possible ??

Do you need to use a company to sell dvc or will Disney help you ? Are you able to sell privately to a friend or family member without using an agent ?

No, you don't have to go through a broker to sell your DVC and no, Disney will not help you sell it. Yes, you can sell privately to a friend or family member; however, you'll have to find your own closing company to handle that aspect of the transaction and the sale still has to go through Disney for their Right of First Refusal.
