Private Renter Windsor Hills Needed

Hi,

Does anyone have some experience from renting privately @ Windsor Hills? Could you email me @ Karen4120@aol.com any reputable owner that you would recommend. I'm looking for a 3 bedroom townhouse (or condo) that is pretty close walking distance to the main pool. We need to have sleeping accommodations for 6 of us. 2 adults and 4 kids. My older 2 are teens and don't want to sleep with their younger sibs so more beds the better or a pullout sofa. Our main concern is a very clean unit with a good owner that will work with us if we have problems upon arrival.

I would look around on the websites. Check sites like the Windsor Hills site itself and www.vrbo.com or www.onlinefloridavillas.com .

It is very likely that the owner lives no where nearby. I'd ask each potential owner if they have a local management company (most should), and then try to call them to gauge their responsiveness. For example, some management companies claim to answer phones 24/7, but good luck getting them at 9:30 on a Friday night.

I am going April 30th-may7th. We are staying at a 3bd/3bth townhome which is right across from pool area. Owner is great. His name is Rick Smith and he has been wonderful to work with. I forgot to mention that we are looking at a 4 bedroom villa. Started out looking at the 3 bed townhouses and now are thinking the villa may be the way to go. Thanks for the responses.
