Private Mixology class scheduling changes

I am organizing the Mixology for our 1/19 DCL Fantasy cruise and this new methodology has not been communicated to me by Disney. (However I've also spoken with an organizer for another January sailing FB group and they were given the new methodology by the same Cast Member I'm working with.) I've been asked to provide names and stateroom numbers for 25 - 20 guests per event and was given 4 dates/times to choose from. I'm in the process of putting together the lists now to give to Disney.

Possibly, as with most DCL changes, they've grandfathered in any private classes already in the works.

Nope. Our organizer for our 2/2/19 cruise just got the email message yesterday outlining the changes. Certainly changes up the way a lot of people will do these classes. All the ones on our cruise sold out within days of opening.

Well I'll be sure to report back if anything changes. My FB group is great and everything, but I'm not willing to foot the bill for three Mixology events.

I don't blame you! That is a lot of money and knowing the average amount of no shows, I wouldn't either! That is what our organizer said on FB as well.
