Well, good to know. I thought you were on your own to deal with nasty pm's.

Luckily, I've only had one person send me a nasty pm and I haven't seen them around in years.

There's a difference between pointing out to your friend that she has food in her teeth, and another thing entirely to take a video of it and post it on Youtube for the world to see. You weren't doing it to help a friend, you were doing it to embarass her and feel superior. Big difference.

I did no such thing. I wasn't the one who pointed out the error in the first place. I posted after the OP "played dumb" (for lack of a better phrase) about what the definition was and then said she wasn't going to bother learning the difference. The OP embarrassed herself with that.

Robin was a mod on the CB when they used to list who the mods were.

I know that they dealt with some people who would send really bad pms but those were boarding on threats on your real life. If someone wants to tell you that they think your an idiot you should just delete and move on.

That's what a mod told me. She said they don't do anything about them and to put the user on ignore.

I can learn from my mistake and I will as I will look it up and study it. However as I said before some people don't learn the way it was pointed out to me, some do but I don't. Thank you both of you. yes I'm having a good night as I have a great interview tomorrow so i hope it goes well. He picked me out and I wasn't even looking. It is a better job than I have now.

I'm uptight? Have you read your first few posts in this thread?

(I often mistype 'the' as 'teh'. Generally, I catch it prior to hitting <Submit>. Sometimes, I don't. I've learned not to beat myself up over teh issue.
