Private dinner at the GF for anniversary?

DH and I will be back in Disney the 1st week of Aug, just the 2 of us. I would like to plan something special.(We are celebrating our 13th wedding anniversary) I remember reading somewhere here about a private dinner that can be set up at the GF? This would be perfect since we had our vow renewal there in Nov. and I would love to recreate the menu and have a small version of our cake recreated too. Is this possible? Where can I get more info?
