private dining menu online?

hi,

Considering an Illuminations Cruise from the Yacht Club Marina. Is there an online menu showing some of the options available for private dining to be added along with estimated costs? Would primarily be interested in some adult beverages (wine, champagne, and/or cocktails) and perhaps some appetizer or dessert type foods - no big meals or anything. From what I understand, chips, pretzels, popcorn, water, and soda are already included.

I've never seen the menu online, only direction that you call the Yacht Club private dining phone number for options (and I do not have that number).

Are there any other resorts that offer private dining like that Grand Floridian? Also, do people recommend the Grand Floridian private dining experience or is it better to do a regular table service restaurant?
