Private Dining after Vow Renewal

We are having our 15th wedding anniversary vow renewal at Paradise Cove (we got married at the Pavilion in 2004). There will be 11 of us. Ideally we wanted to book a meal at the California Grill (we had our wedding meal here too).

Any ideas on how we contact them/go about booking this? I've contacted disney dining who can't help because there are 11 of us, they gave her CG phone number and its an automated service. Ideally we'd like a separate or semi-private room and i'd like to put some decorations on the table.

Any help would be really appreciated.

The private rooms at CA Grill must be booked through Disney Meetings & Events and have high food and beverage minimums. If you can get a hold of the manager at CA Grill, they might let you use the one private room in the back of the restaurant that isn't controlled by DM&E. Call the CA Grill Business Office at 1-407-824-1212.
