I'm sure WDW Dining thought about having an online system for about 2 seconds. Believe it would cause major headaches for them. Heck, the current system does too but an online system would be 10 fold worse. Just too many people would abuse it.

I've called atseveral differant times during the day and have yet to wait more than a few minutes untill a CM picks up.
I do suggest that you use Scott's PS planner. Print it out after you have made all your selections and have it in front of you when you make your call to cut down on the phone time.
It also might help you to have some alternates in case you can't get your 1st choice around the time period you prefer.
