hi

how makes priority seating arrangements in november.

do i really need them. or can i go into the place we want to eat and make the arrangement when we arrive at the park. for what we wanted to do last year we didnt need any ps's particulary as the kids werent interested in the character meals.

i fancy rainforest cafe and crystal palace at lunch time (winnies my fave the kids will have to lump him). thats all really. maybe another 1 or 2.

do you think im daft not to plan these ahead.

please be brutal

For the popular character meals, you really need to book 90 days out when they become available - but - since there is a refundable deposit if you cancel 48 hours before (I think it's 48 hours), that would be good time to check whether there have been any cancellations.

One year we got Cinderella's Table for lunch just by going to Guest Services on Main St at MK on the morning and checking if anything had become free.

Good luck!

thanks very much

i think ill just leave the ps's and go on luck

plus i havent made an itinary yet so i dont know which park we will be in to eat

also

does anyone know of good places to eat inside universal and ioa

thanks lucy

Ive never made any bookings before in November and its been ok. Each time Ive been to the Crystal Palace Ive gone in the eve and have been seated very quickly. Dont worry, its not that busy until Thanksgiving.

thanks

my mind is at rest.

after last year when i made loads then cancelled them as we didnt want to be so rigid with our plans i thought i wouldnt bother as the same thing would probly happen again. plus we were always seated quickly but we did go in september which is quieter still

I think you'll be okay, as according to your countdown, you're going at a quiet time - between what's called 'Jersey Week' (start of Nov.) and Thanksgiving (end of Nov.).

We're going at the start of November and have tried to make a number of PS / ADR's, but haven't been able to get all the ones we wanted as some places were completely booked up already. However, the ones nearer the middle of the month we got in without a problem.

im sorry to hear that steve i bet its quite disapointing not being able to get the earlier ones.

glad you got the later ones though

:sunny: Hi

At MGM they have a dining booth where you can make adr's for the same day. We booked there for 50's PT and when we got to the resturant they were turning everyone without a reservations away. We had only booked it 5 mins earlier. :) I think at the other parks you can book at guest services.

We went last november, we had the places we rearlly wanted to go booked but just took chances on most places and were ok. We did find that if we had a booking and the place wasn't too full we did get a better table.

From looking at the resturant board though things look to be booked up due to the free dining plan offer.

Have a great trip :goodvibes
