Priority Seating in July

Do you need priority seating for lunch and dinners in the middle of July?

Since July is a busy time, I would definitely suggest booking a PS for any reataurant that you definitely want to go to.

If you can be flexible with your times, dont mind waiting for any sit down meals, and dont have your heart set on any particular restaurant, then no, they wont be necessary. You will always find something to eat in Disneyworld, even if it's just counter service.

Absolutely, the parks will be at average peak attendance during July and if you want to eat you will need Priority Seating's except at some of the non-popular restaurants which I can't really think of any that are not popular.

We go in July every year and would never think of not making PS. I've seen so many families wait for very, very long or be turned away by restaurants not even taking walk-ins. That said, there are some places that you can almost always walk into like Marrakesh at Epcot.

I would make ADR's just to be safe. However, after talking to a really nice CM at dining reservations the other day, I discovered that it's much, much easier for a party of 4 or smaller to score tables than it is for a larger group. Still, dh and I were able to make last minute ADR's for CP on Memorial Weekend Sunday (I think we called right after a cancellation with this one) and lunches at WC, Mama Melrose, Brown Derby (actually chose to try MM instead), and Marrakesh (nearly empty). We were able to walk-up and get a table for Alfredo's one evening. Again, I think we were just really lucky; because they were turning walk-ups away when we left.

Yes, Yes, Yes! July is SO busy at Disney, and the dining plan is very popular now!

I'm going in July and I made all my AR. I called last week to change 1900 PF to a later time and the CM told me they were booked solid.
