Printing question:HELP

Has anyone had problems printing their vouchers out in black and white?? I just replaced the black ink cartridge, but when I went to print out the voucher in black and white you couldn't even read the print. Does it have to be printed in color?? If so I'll need to go buy a color cartridge. I already printed one copy , but again you couldn't read it-will I be able to print it out again or do they only let you print it once??? THANKS!!!!![/B]

You can print it more than once. I don't know about the black/white printing.

I saved the pdf on my computer so I can email to myself at work or print whenever I want. I don't think they can restrict the printing since you can save the pdf.

I haven't tried to print it yet though, so I'm not sure I can be much help in the B&W vs color problem. Looking at the voucher I wouldn't think there'd be problem with the voucher itself if you printed it in B&W since the text is dark..are you low on toner or anything? Can you email it to yourself and print at work or have someone else try and print it for you?

Thanks for the feedback. I just replaced the black ink cartridge yesterday-I'll replace the color one and try to print again. Thanks again!!!
