Printing boarding pass while at Disney

Haven't been since 2008. Will the resorts Guest Services, or whatever they are called, still check you in and print your boarding pass?

Beach Club Guest Relations (or whatever they are called) did it for me in March.

i don't think anything has changed. they check your baggage and give u the boarding pass. must check in 3 hrs prior to your flight time, if i remember correctly. i believe they are open 5am-1pm. others on here will confirm if i have it right

This is the RAC desk, different from just using guest services to check you in and print your boarding passes.

Are you flying SWA or AirTran where checking in at 24 hours is advised to obtain a lower boarding number or seat assignment, respectively? If not, then it's really not necessary to check in at the 24-hour mark and you are fine to just wait and use RAC.

If it's one or the other, there are other ways to check in rather than doing it at the resort. Please post more info and we can give you a more complete response.

I'm not sure what airline you're flying but many now can send your boarding pass to your smartphone. It's a bar code that can be scanned. You can also check in via your smartphone if you download your airline's app.

If your not checking bags, check in via cell phone and print it out at the airport kiosk. I've never had to wait at all this way.

First thing to know is that it's the checking-in part, not the printing-out part, that's important. As long as you get checked in, you can print out your boarding passes when you check in with RAC (if you do that) or even when you get to the airport. You'll still have the same numbers assigned at check in no matter when you actually print out the boarding passes

To check in for your flight with SWA from WDW you have several options. The first and most convenient is to purchase their Early Bird Check-In for $10 per person. That not only gets you checked in 12 hours before you could do it yourself, but it also means you get checked in automatically and don't have to worry about it during your vacation. You can access your reservation on southwest.com and add EBCI.

If you don't want to pay for EBCI and don't mind taking a few minutes out of your day, the guest services locations at any of the parks or in DTD or the front desk at any WDW resort will do the check in for you. You will need your confirmation number(s) and also may be asked for a photo ID.

As noted earlier, you also can check in online from any Web-enabled cell phone or other device (no app necessary) at mobile.southwest.com. You will need to enter your confirmation number(s) and one passenger name per confirmation number.

Finally, you can give your confirmation number(s) and associated passenger name(s) to a trusted (100 percent reliable) friend or relative and have them check you in from their computer.

On our most recent trip (may of this year) we flew SW and were using ME.

Our boarding passes were in the packet they hang on your door for ME.

We had EBCI, so that may have been why.

This is their first time to fly so they are not familiar with the whole process. RAC was mentioned and the last time we went, Southwest was not participating. SWA now participates in RAC at all WDW resorts.
