Printer friendly menus available-anyone?

Just wondering if anybody has a printer-friendly version of all the menus available in DL, CA & DTD. I have found a website that shows all those but I wanted to print them in word document type of layout so I can carefully plan which restaurants we can't miss. Thanks.
