Princess Weekend 2023 (Feb 23-26, 2023)

This might be a dumb question but if I can't see "purchase products" on my runDisney account page does that mean they're sold out? I just found out this pre-sale was a thing because I haven't done a race in several years. I like to have a pin from each of the races I do. I'd hate to have to e-bay one.

It looks like they’ve closed the pre-sale for Princess stuff, but pins will still be available for purchase at the expo in the runDisney merchandise area.

OK, I am getting the "race xyz registration is open" messages. And a few times I have been on my computer, clicked on the page and was able to initiate the sign-up process. But by the time I type in my credit card number and answer all the inane questions about how many races I've done and staying on/off property, when I hit submit, it says the race is full again.

How are people signing up fast enough? Any insights as to what is happening? Am I competing with bots?

There are usually only a small handful of slots open. Just keep trying.

Also don’t worry about the accuracy of those survey questions. Choose the first thing and move on. But since we’re inside the POT date, I don’t know how much the stuff that is normally editable after registration would be editable for you. So those need to be accurate.

Thank you for the responses. No, I'm not worried about POT or corral. I just want to be in it, so I'm clicking through as fast as possible. 10k, half, the FT challenge. Whatever, I'll take it.
I just want to be a part of it all.....

(no, I have no shame)

Some folks type out their credit card number on an open word document ahead of time to copy/paste into the form during registration. May save a few seconds.

We're rooting for you to get in!

I swear it’s all those damn extra questions that’s the hold up. I had no plans to run this weekend, but peer pressure has me trying to get in now 😂 I DO care about corral placement for the half so I’m at an even extra disadvantage trying to get that in. Because the POT deadline has passed, registration is the only chance I have to enter one.

Good suggestion. I'll try that.
And, thanks. Looking forward to being down there and see you all at HH.
And since the wife's conference is pretty much all day on Sat, I'll be happy to join anyone in a park that isn't Epcot (I'll be there with the wife on Sunday), preferably Hollywood Studio. That said, Rockin' Roller Coaster is scheduled to be down. Just dang.

Sign up! All the cool kids are doing it.....

Dragon Master on this page has, right now at 12:38 am pacific time, registrations. https://www.rundisney.com/events/di...rities/disney-princess-half-marathon-weekend/

You do have to fundraise, or just pay a ton more for a bib than most want to pay, but I don't know what your friends network is like or how much you want to be there.

The first 3 charities are sold out, and it's possible the rest are, too. It's possible the one I mentioned will be by the time you see it as well. But it's worth checking out, if you wish to.

Going through the links...Kesem seems to have a few spots right now, but bigger fundraising requirements.
Share Our Strength might have slots.
Maybe Sophie and Madigan's Playground.
St Jude doesn't say "sold out" and let me click through to register for an account on *their* site to prep for registering for a race with them, so...

Anyway, like I said, there are big fundraising requirements so it's not for everyone (it wouldn't be for me!), but in case you hadn't seen that option...

Much appreciated. I looked at that route a few weeks ago, and concluded that it would make for a *very* expensive race. I get that they want to raise money, and I wouldn't mind a smaller charitable donation, but $900-1000 on top of the other expenses to be there makes for more than my budget is comfortable with.

But I did want to thank you for looking into the different charities and sharing the information.

Anyone who did Sunrise Yoga last year or at SS, what was the post-event logistic/transportation situation like for you? I'm trying to figure out my park plans for after on Thursday. My instinct was to get coffee at a monorail resort and then just head back to MK but wondering if I want to try for HS early entry (8am official start) to take more advantage of being up so early.

I was on the bus on the way back to ASMu at 7:06am at Princess yoga 2022
