We've done all of these meals, CRT for breakfast, and GG and Akershus for dinner.
Your daughter is a little young to appreciate any of them, so I'd really consider what the boys would like.
CRT is nice because the castle is beautiful, and the boys will get a small sword as a souvenir. It's very expensive though, and I doubt your boys will care too much about the princesses.
Akershus has great dessert and a nice buffet of salads and such, but it's the one meal I've ever had at WDW which was truly inedible, due to horribly overcooked salmon. The photo would be nice, and it's much cheaper than CRT.
We were not impressed with GG when we dined there last year. Lots of people here love it, but for us, it was mediocre food and the booth was very crowded with five of us. Now your kids would probably prefer the characters there, though because kids of all ages love Mickey, and Chip 'n' Dale were really funny. My kids prefer Chef Mickey's, so that's where we're going for the fourth trip in a row; all of them requested it.
My DD and I go to CRT by ourselves and let the boys ride Space Mountain. We did this last year, and we're doing it again in about five weeks (can't wait!). This makes everyone happy. The boys don't have to sit through an excruciating (for them) princess event, I save some cash, and DD and I get to be girls. You might consider waiting until the next trip and doing something like that with your DD. If your boys are like mine, they will not like Akershus or CRT.
I wish I could be more helpful.
