Princess storybook character dining

We had been trying to make reservations at the Akershus for the third week in September, but no luck. I've been calling and finally got a reservation for 500 pm. I was hoping for breakfast, but nothing available. Is it really worth it? I have a 1 and 4 year old (girls) and they both ADORE the princesses. I've just read some not so great reviews on the food. Anyone here been there? What was good on the menu? TIA!

I think it's worth it, even though I really didn't like the food. I had the grilled vegetabel stuffed pasta (as recommended by the waitress), which I thought was terrible. My husband on the other hand enjoyed his meal.... I think he ordered the braised pork shank.

The princesses are what make it all worth while, and the fact that they take pictures with your child and give you a free 8x10 and 4 free 6x4s. My daughter was in heaven. It was worth it just to see the look on her face when they all came talk to her one by one. We are going again on our next trip.... But I'm NOT ordering the vegetable pasta!!!

It is absolutely worth it for 2 little girls who love princesses! We liked the food too. I was especially happy that they had grilled chicken on the kids menu. My DD ate really well, and it was actually a healthy meal for her.

We had breakfast there. The dinner menu reminded me of Ikea . But if I could only do dinner I would. We got to meet 5 princesses, and got the picture, for only one TS credit. The princesses spent time with us, we didn't feel rushed at all! Saved LOTS of timing waiting for the princesses in the MK (90 min when we were there). If nothing else do it for the princesses. If the food is that bad get a snack in the World Showcase, you won't regret it!
