No, it shouldn't. The park transportation busses aren't used for races. Granted, there may be a bit of traffic from road closures, but the races start really early. The half marathon is on the 25th.

No. The racers are out and in their corals by 5:00 AM and they use charter coach buses, not park buses
It can impact the buses getting to the parks but the drivers know this and are prepared
