Princess Costumes

Yesterday I was at Wal-Mart in the toy department. I saw Disney princess dress up costumes. I think I saw Snow White, Cinderella, and Tinkerbell. I thought they were really pretty. They were only $19.99, which is alot cheaper than TDS.

Crossing my fingers that our Walmart still has some costumes...

DD(5yo) has birthday money to spend and she wants the Sleeping Beauty costume and Snow White costume. She plyas dress up all the time and the Disney Store costumes are too expensive for playing with. Our Walmart sells out so quickly, I've been twice this week and the shelves were bare.

These are in the toy department not Halloween section.

Yes, I knew they were in the toy section. They are considered "Dress up clothes", not Halloween costumes, but I think alot of people are buying them for Halloween and thus they are sold quickly.

So, today we go to the Walmart 30min away and DD was able to buy the Sleeping Beauty dress. That is the only one they had. I told her that she could get the Snow White one another time. She came right home and finally took it off for bath. I gives me such joy to see how happy things like this make her. She was so proud to buy it with "her own money".

Oh we went to Target first and they were completely sold out, again in the toy/dress up section. We didn't even look in the Halloween section.

Was I shocked today to see adult and children-size Disney costumes at Amazon.com! $39.00 for adult....
