Princess costumes in the parks

Does anybody know whether the children's costumes in the parks are the same as the ones on the American Disney Store website? If so, are they the same price or more expensive?

I want a Belle costume for my daughter, but they're a lot dearer on the French Disney Store site, so I don't know whether to wait until we get there. I'm assuming I wouldn't have any difficulty getting one in the parks?

The park dresses are different to the US Disney store ones.

They were $65 dollars a few years ago when my DD still wore princess dresses.

I personally thought the park dresses were the nicest and DD used to get a lot of nice comments. Most were off ebay though!

Main street in Mk and DTD world of Disney used to have best selection.

I may as well wait until we get there then. On the French Disney Store site the Deluxe Belle one that I was looking at costs the equivalent of $90, so it sounds like there shouldn't be too much difference in price if I wait until we're there.

IIRC The Belle dress costs $69.95 + tax (in park stores) unless price has gone up

There is a shop nearly wholly dedicated to Princess stuff next to BBB/The Castle in MK. They seem to have all the dresses there.

I'll stop looking on the Disney Store site and just wait until we get there. She was too little for them last year, so we didn't really look too much at what was available. I remember being shocked at the prices, but I'll have come to terms with that by the time we get there.
