Princess Breakfast (Norway) Questions

OK, so I have a few questions. I have not actually made any character dining ressies in advance of actually going to WDW. We always try to get them once we get there if we decided that is what we want to do...if we can get them good, if not, no biggie.

I want to make ressies for the Princess Breakfast. My questions are 1) How far in advance can you make them? and 2) do they have to be paid for in advance? Not give them a card numbr and it gets charged if you don't show up, but actually PAID for in advance. (I know we had to pay in advance in May for Cindy's Royal Table.)

We went in March of this year and didn't have to pay up front - we just had to put a card down to guarantee the ressie. We booked about 90 days out, but I think you can do 180 if you want to.
