Does anyone have any experience with them? Also if I did use I'm staying at CBR, where would I have them deliver to? And would I have to lug a 24 pack of waters back to my room?

If you have Amazon Prime, you can now use Amazon Prime Now app to deliver to Disney resorts. You place your order and delivery occurs a few hours later. Selection is somewhat limited, but it works great for waters.

Doesn't answer your question, but I would consider this option over Pantry since delivery date for Pantry seems to vary so much.

We used Prime Pantry and it was awesome for our December trip.

Ordered two packs of water, some snacks, and Diet Coke. Box was waiting for us and we just called down to the front desk to have it delivered.

Only thing to be mindful of is the delivery dates. We like to have it arrive a few days early so it's there for us at check in.

So do you get to chose your delivery date/ time? And so I wouldn't be able to buy milk or do they keep it cool

We will be doing our Prime Pantry order tomorrow. Most Disney Resorts will store orders for up to one week at no charge. Most will also deliver your order to your room, and often it is in your room upon arrival. The resorts with Convention Centers have a service charge. You cannot choose the delivery day or time, but just order about 5 days before you go and it will be there when you arrive.

Shipping Address should be as follows:

  • Full Name of Resort Guest on Reservation (Arrival Date)
  • C/O Resort Name
  • Resort Street Address
  • ORLANDO, FL 32830-8436
  • United States
  • Phone: Your phone number

You cannot buy perishables such as milk or freezer products on Amazon Prime that I am aware of. Someone correct me if I am wrong?

Prime Pantry ships like a regular package, but not with a guaranteed date. Prime Now (only via the app) delivers locally and you select a delivery window time.

We stayed at CBR in November and used prime pantry. Boxes were in our room when we came back (checked in then went for dinner). No need to lug anything :) we had many packages arrive (since we travelled from Canada) and all came directly to the room. They have golf carts they drive to deliver everything.

orlando has prime now which is your delivery in 2 hours.. Even fresh foods in the list of delivered in 2 hours where panty is all things that can survive normal shipping. you could literally order it when your getting ready to leave and it'll be waiting for you before you even land.. (or whenever it fits in your schedule. remember the resort will properly store it you do not need to be at the resort to get it).

Oh man that kind of makes me nervous not knowing when it will be delivered.

Then use Prime Now. It is an app on your phone and they deliver locally to certain areas--Disney resorts are one of the areas. You place your order and it is delivered either within 2 hours, or during the window you select (within the next 24 hours). You can order cold stuff from them.

Or most resorts have milk in the little shop and the markup isn't totally outrageous.
