Prime Outlet Mall

Has anyone taken a cab from Pop century to the Prime Outlet Mall? Wondering how much it would cost. Also, were there really any great deals?

Asking if you got great deals is like asking if you liked the food. It's all a matter of where you are from and what you are looking for. You're from Canada so anything might seem like a great deal where a person like myself from the next state over might not see anything at all worth praising.

We go there every trip to visit the Disney Character Premiere store which is where Disney sends all their 'clearance' merchandise. We always find something there, mostly t-shirts but other things too. Definitely worth the trip there alone.

There are three outlet malls in the tourist area.Prime Outlets which are located at the north end of International Drive,Orlando Premium Outlets which is on Vineland ave. close to Sea World and in the southern end of International Drive and the Lake Buena Vista outlets which are on 535 south of I-4.The Lake Buena Vista outlets are the smallest so I would skip them.Prime and Premium are pretty similar in the stores they have and size,Prime might be a bit bigger but they're both still big.If you're taking a cab I would avoid Prime as it's the furthest one away,I would go to Premium which is maybe a 5-10 minute drive from Downtown Disney.So what I would do is take the Disney bus to Downtown Disney and take a cab to the Orlando Premium outlets on Vineland avenue to save on cab fare.

Oops! I keep getting those outlets confused! I was referring to the Premium outlet on Vineland near DTD that has the Character Premiere store....not sure if Prime has them anymore....but they are waaaaay to far to go just for that.

Just a note that on the Mears estimator tool the Prime Outlets is listed by its old name - Belz Outlet. And Pop Century isn't included. I'd suggest using Epcot (a little further away) or Typhoon Lagoon (closer) as a surrogate for Pop to get an idea of what the cost range would be.
