Does anyone know how to cancel a reservation? I accidentally booked an inside standard cabin the first time.

You need to call the res #'s, I had to do the same thing earlier, no problem cancelling the "error"

I want to transfer an existing ressie with OBC to the TA Westbound. How do I do this online???

Login to the website, click onto your existing res number that you want to transfer. It says "Modify Reservation" next to the category/stateroom. At the top of the next page, next to the sail date it says "Change Sail Date".

FRUSTRATED!!! I'm sure my DU agent is working hard for me.... BUT the website is cooperating so nicely with OBB transfers and the rooms I WANT are available. When I check my upcoming cruises on the castaway club website, NO ALASKA!!!! FRUSTRATING!!!!!

We are certainly not alone...at least I am getting Disney tunes...they just played one from WISHES and I love that CD and don't know where it is, so I was happy to hear that...it is the SIMPLE pleasures this morning!!

If you go in through the Castaway Club area, you get a list of your upcoming cruises. Select your cruise, Click modify, then on the next screen, click "Change Itinerary" (top near cruise header). Have a look. Might be easier than waiting online.

I got all the way through and realized what I booked.... in my defense in those first few minutes I would fill out everything and then the whole thing would give me an error. Happened like 7 times, when one actually went forward I got all excited and booked! And I had to do it again, the correct category. I feel bad for holding a cabin I don't want.

Why not just book it as a new ressie to get your cabin and then transfter it to DU and have them correct it/apply the OBC from your OBB, etc?

Bcuz I don't want to contribute to artificially inflating the price...

LOL I can't get it to work either but I"m just trying to price it out to see if it makes a difference of our then 13yr old as the 3rd person in the room vs our then 10yr old as the 3rd person in the room.

But it's not working at all- so I give up... for now.

I just went on to check my future cruises...my TA at DU must have had luck getting through, because she booked us...so at least we know we are on board...for some reason she booked us on two on the 7/5-12 and 7/19-26. We only want the 7/19-26, so at least we know we are on...in a 5C room, 6610. Just have to find out the price now

First you scared me because I also want 6610, but on 8/23/11. Then hopeful that DU got a quote processed. So I just checked my future cruises as well... NOTHING!!!!!!

Have you been in that room before?? I was surprised to see it there...along with another date that I didn't ask for . Anyone know how I can drop that one that I don't want, certainly don't want to take a room from someone that I won't use?
