Prices of Resale and new points from Disney

I'm sure it's here somewhere, but can someone tell me the current prices for points - both SSR and also add-ons at other WDW resorts? Do they vary by resort?

Earlier this week, Disney increased their prices for add-ons for the sold-out resorts from $84 to $89 per point.

The price for SSR is $95 per point although I believe there are certain incentives that can bring this price down.

Sold out resorts are $89 per point with 38 years of use remaining (contract ends in 2042).

SSR is $95 with a choice of two promotions:

1. You cannot use your points at SSR until 2005, however DVC will give you Developer's Points for use in a 2004 DVC stay (points actually expire on 9/30/05).

2. Or, you can take a cash discount of $10 per point (net cost of $85 per point), but you do not receive your first set of points until 2005.

With SSR you get 50 years (or 49) with a contract expiring in 2054.
