Prices for Points at Different Resorts?

Would like to check into the DVC but I would kinda like to know a ballpark figure of what the prices are before I go. I don't want to get there and be totally thrown off by the prices. I've looked around and can't find anything. I probably just don't know where to look. If anyone can direct me to a website or something, I would be very grateful. Thanks.

For purchases directly thru DVC - AKV, SSR, BCV and BWV are all $104 per point - but AKV currently has an $8 per point incentive bringing the cost to $96 with a minimum number of points.
SSR has a $10 incentive lowering the cost to $94 per point.

VWL and OKW are both $101 - VWL has an expiration date of 2042, OKW expires in 2057 for direct purchases.

HHI and VB are both $92 per point but have an incentive lowering the cost to $87 with a minimum purchase of 50 points.

Resale purchases may be found for less.

These should answer quite a few questions for anyone interested.

Except the question of whether or not DVC is for your family or not.
5 people in a family, once a year or more, or bi-yearly, would be worth looking into it.
That would have to be another post!

We have also been considering DVC for the last 5 months and have been crunching the #'s as far as value.

We are close....oohhh so close.....
