We're thinking about using Priceline for a car rental. In addition to the bid, do you also have to add any extra fees? Do you know the cost before you lock into a final price? Thanks

Yes, there will be taxes and fees but it will give you the total before you place your final bid. I just rented for our upcoming trip in October. I have done it one other time for an Orlando trip as well. If you are sure your plans won't change, it is a good option.
