Price Range for Buffets

My trip is Aug 27-Sept 10. I'm on the dining plan. I want to get a rough idea of how much money I need for tip. 11 of my 14 meals are fixed price meals which should make this fairly easy. However, I can only find a price range for the meals. For example 1900 Park Fare is listed as Adult price range: $39.33-$45.50; at http://allears.net/dining/menu/1900-park-fare/dinner . I can't find any price info on my dining confirmations and I also wasn't able to find it on the Disney site.

Does anyone know where I can find the price of the fixed meals?

For future reference, the link purple figment lists above is a sticky at the top of the restaurant forum. It's updated regularly and is the most reliable source for such pricing.
