If we are on the ddp and are using TS credits, is their a price point that is or isn't allowed for a single serving of alcohol? Or can I pick anything on the restaurant's drink menu? For example, an expensive glass of wine?

I don't think there is an exact price point that can be used across the board. Just ask the server what is included when they first bring you the menus.

I have found it varies a little from place to place. They will be happy to let you know what you can and can't drink. Someone posted in another thread it is $14. But I did the Sunday brunch at Maria and Enzo's in September and we were able to get the unlimited bellinis/mimosas which was $15. Most of the drinks I got while using the plan were in the $12-$14 range.

One of the sticky threads on this sub has a list of what alcohol has been confirmed as included on the DDP so far, it's really useful :)

It varies. I had heard before going that the rule was usually $15 and under, but at Chefs de France I got the Kir Imperial which is $18.50. The waiter there told us all of the cocktails were included, so I had to try for the most expensive. :D

It varies. The server will be sure you know what is included in regards to alcohol. I think it is pretty liberal.

I don't drink, but yet I can answer this to some degree and the answer is: It depends on the location

But here are some general guidelines:
  • You won't get multiple servings, so if the size is larger than a single serving it won't count
  • If it comes in a souvenir cup of any shape or size, it won't be covered; however, at most locations you can pay the difference between the price of the drink without the cup and with the cup to get the cup, if that makes sense.
    • NOTE: At most locations, drinks with glow cubes were included. And this went for alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks as well.
  • You aren't going to get the $100 glass of wine, although at Sanna, I think some of the ones that got close to $50 were included. There were also some pricey ones at San Angel Inn that were included
  • But in general it seemed that most places it seemed there weren't many drinks more than $20 or so and they were all included.
  • At buffets you usually get a soft drink and an alcoholic or fancy nonalcoholic drink.
