Price per point and fees

Hello everyone: I know this has been posted before but I've searched & searched and can't find it. Who has the list of each DVC resort and what the price per point is and what each resort's maintenance fee is??? I'd love to be able to figure out our costs since we are seriously thinking about joining. Thanks!!!

For new purchases (minimum purchase of 160 pts.)

AKV = $104 - $8 incentive = $96
SSR = $104 - $10 incentive = $94

OKW, HH and VB = $92
BWV = $98
VWL = $98
BCV = $101

Have they extended the incentive at SSR? I thought the $94 price was only up to June 4th, with the added bonus of this year's points to be banked too...?

I spoke with someone a t DVC yesterday who said incentive for current members has expired, I don't know about 1st time buyers.
