I don't know if you can use AAA at all dining, but we were able to use it with all of our character meals. I don't know about any other discounts though

I just called disney dining and they said that there is only a discount with AP and AAA and also Disney Vacation Club...

I believe Disney Visa holders also get a discount at most dining in DLR.

I think you are right.. but I think you have to use the visa to get the discounts as well
