It depends on how long you are financing your loan. We own 170 points and with the 10 year plan, we pay about $138 a month (of course maintenance fees are extra and separate - we pay about $45 a month for those). We have the mortgage payment direct debited from our checking account on the 15th of the month and the maintenance fees taken out at the end of the month which works well for us.
