When I switched over to free dining I added an extra day so I wanted to switch my tickets from 5 day base to 6 day base well the CM that I spoke with never did it so I called yesterday to get it fixed, I had priced my plan out online so I would know how much it would cost when all was said and done but the price that the CM told me over the phone (and invoiced) is almost $50 cheaper than what I am getting online. Has anyone ever had this happen? I just want to make sure that once I pay my trip off they are not going to have a balance still due.
