Previous room discounts. . early 2008.

Is there a way to find out IF and what kind of discounts were given for Disney Resorts for earlier this year...say in Jan/Feb.?
I am planning a trip in WDW Jan, 2009, and wanted to see if there MIGHT be a chance that there would be some discounts for next year, be it AP discounts or otherwise.
I realize that nothing is a definite, but at times there has been patterns, and was curious if there were one around the Jan/Feb times.

This is great information. Thank you.
I was mostly curious of the costs. For example. The rack rate for AKL in Jan 08 is 245/ night for a value room - but there were discounts/special codes given during that time. What would the room cost have been if I used stayed there in Jan 2008, say with an AP discount with the same Value room at AKL?
