We are planning a trip in mid July and I really am hoping to catch the Fantasmic show. OBVIOUSLY this is all depending on if it has been reopened by then. Assuming that it is, and it runs on a similar schedule to before, did it run everyday? I am trying to look back and see and I am noticing that it did run on some Wednesdays Thursdays and the weekends. We are hoping to go on July 12. Thanks all

summer time I'm sure it was every day. two shows, one before and one after the fireworks and if I'm not mistaken there were times they added a third show.

Pretty much what gary said. In the summer they show the shows nightly, it's during the regular season they do Fri-Sun. Two shows in the summer on either side of the fireworks. If you don't have young kids the later show is easier to see, true for any nighttime show. We have young kids though...

Did they still have reserved seating?

Yes, at closing it was a fastpass system like WOC...I would imagine that will be returning as well, it was very much needed!

Summer time it was every night two shows...three on some busy weekends. Off season it was was Friday, Saturday and Sunday only for periods.

I am currently loving NOS area at night without the F! chaos, but I am very much looking forward to its return!

When F! went to FP viewing, they did away with the VIP seating. With the FPs, there was seating on the ground (on a foam cushion w/the BB package, no cushion with the RBT package). Some people were able to view from seats on the RBT patio, but the view isn't up close or central from there. I hope that when F! returns, Disney brings back some kind of dessert party/seating like they are doing now for WOC.

Clarification, the did away with the Dessert Party seating but actually expanded the "VIP" seating section. Only way you could buy your way into that new area was to pay for a VIP Tour Guide.

I too hope the dessert seating returns...that was one of my favorite things to do.

Thanks for the clarification. Doesn't it figure that Disney would have removed the dessert seating (not cheap, but affordable with good budgeting), and expanded the actual VIP (not affordable for many/most!) seating? lol! The BB section was fun, but totally not the same as the dessert seating.
