We experienced heavy crowds this weekend
9/29 mnshp - Crowded for a special event but still pretty fun and some rides had no wait (POTC- was walk on) - others were long lines (30 minutes for Buzz!). Got decent seats (front row curb) for the second parade about 20 minutes prior. Long lines for free face painting- but they do a great job
.
9/30 - MK - Very crowded- for example- 90 minute wait for Splash. We waited 25 minutes WITH fastpass!
10/1 Epcot - Kind of crowded- It was a Fast pass kinda day. The line for Turtle talk was crazy- but I heard it moved pretty fast. Livingseas was bustling with people. Had to get outa there. Everywhere else was busy but tolerable. Lines for food and wine kiosks were pretty long. The Family Stone band sounded great.
I am hoping things will slow down today- I know school is out down here so I am not counting on it. Today we are doing MGM- Fingers crossed it won't be a mob scene.

I always expect a nice afternoon shower in Orlando and it didn't happen this trip. That always cools things off a bit.
I suspect the crowds will start dying a bit more judging by what I saw yesterday morning: just about every campsite as far as I could see had an express checkout envelope on their car. We're talking 20-30 cars easily & that's a small cross-section of the resorts in general.
