Pressed Pennies

Hi there

Did a search but couldn't find anything regarding this. Our DD loves pressed pennies, and last week when we were in DL, one of the CM (in the store opposite Aladdin's Oasis) gave her a 2 page checklist of all the different pressed pennies in various lands in the DLR.

That is nice to know! Thank you for sharing. I wouldn't have even thought to have asked if something like this exists for a pressed penny collector.

You can also ask at Guest Services and they often have the list. There are also a few websites that track pressed penny designs/locations.

Having a list of locations/types makes it easier to collect the ones you want.

The quarters and pennies are heavy to carry around.
I got a tall skinny prescription container for each grandkid. Rx container is slightly larger around than a quarter. I then put layers of 2-quarters and 1 penny in to fill. The grandkids carried their own and could get a pressed penny when they came across a machine.

Mini M&M containers work well too. I layered some, but eventually (like day 2) it got all out of sorts because I was getting pressed quarters (from Frozen). Trying to figure out a better plan for next time!
