Press event days first week of May

DD and I are only going to be there 5/2-6. I'm rethinking my game plan and have decided to go to Epcot the day they close at 3 and MGM the day they close at 4. I'm thinking hte crowds will be lighter...is anything closed on those dates? Are there still characters in abundance?

We will be there 5/1-5. Can't answer your specific questions but I think your plan is a good one. We always avoid the parks with extra hours because of the crowds so I really think that the parks with less hours will have lighter crowds.

I'm assuming MK will be packed on May 4th since it's open late for emh and MGM closes early. But I'm just guessing.

We will be there 4/27- 5/7. We were thinking of playing it by ear after 5/3 and if it gets too crowded, we will hop somewhere else.

I think your plan sounds good. It makes sense to me.
