My 2 DD and I will be arriving Feb 11 and departing Feb 16....how crowded will the parks be?? We just finished up a trip the week after Christmas so I know what that is like. Is Presidents weekend comparable to that?? TIA!!!!

It will definitely be busy (8/9 for almost the entire week) but it won't be as busy as Christmastime is.

My teen daughter and I were there President's week last year and going again this year. We found it to be fine and I am not a "crowd person" at all. Rode all we wanted multiple times! We used RD and EMH any days offered and then FP+ for headliners later in the day, with a break at the resort for naps, pool time, etc. Also hit headliners during parades and shows which cut down on lines. Enjoyed it and didn't find crowds bad enough to not go back this year! Worst crowds we had to fight our way through were at the start of fireworks at MK trying to get down Main St. and over to Space Mtn. but that was our own fault with poor timing/planning of our arrival to MK. I did see on these boards it may be busier this year as Mardi Gras falls that week as well, but looks like you are departing early in the week anyway.

If you know how busy it is during Christmas season, then President's week is a breeze. Disney is always busy and crowded no matter when you go and we've been during most months, seasons, holidays, etc.. We are going during President's week this year and we're not at all concerned about crowd levels. Most race fans will be in Daytona until after the race for all of the pre-race activities and Mardi Gras really isn't that big of a deal at Disney even though a handful of schools are out for the holiday. I keep reading about people canceling their trips and freaking out due to crowd levels during President's week but I say go and have a good time. February, with the good weather here in Florida and some of the lowest crowd levels at Disney throughout the year make the trip worth it.
