No, but I saw it outside of my house last year! (I live very close to a major expressway and can see a little bit of it from one window.)

Living on Marthas Vineyard, witnessed the Clinton motorcade for 6 summers in
a row in the middle of August..Talk about traffic tie ups!! You always knew where they were heading 6 hours ahead of time..

In the winter of '97 I was stuck in the USVI and ended up getting $1000.00 credit on AA because the President decided to pose for pictures at Airforce One, Holding all air traffic for a few hours.
