I was reading a page yesterday about how amex discounts can be applied to DVC stays, I was wondering if anyone could direct me to that page as I embarassingly find myself unable to retrace my steps.

If not how does it work you put your amex card down for chargebacks on the room but what does that entitle you to?

The AMX discount is now available to DVC members but there are a few things that you must do to fit the criteria:
1. Have your DVC membership card. If you do not have it, you cannot get it. Rember that DVC privilidges are for the members, not the guests or friends of the membersl.
2. Have your resort ID card. You have to be staying at a Disney Resort.
3. You have to spend at least $50 at one of the participating shops.
4. It is supposed to be charged directly onto the AMX card, not the room charge. There a few cashiers at the shop that will charge it back to the resort, but the "rule" is directly on the AMX card.
