Prepay for cash reservation at HHI?

We are paying cash for DSis's honeymoon at HHI. It seems tacky to have them pay and then we pay them back. Is there any way to prepay for their room? I don't know what the total cost of the room with tax will be nor do I know if I can just send a check ahead to be applied to their account. TIA for any info.

When I made a cash ressie last year ihad to give a credit card to hold the ressie. Maybe they could give hhi your credit card number when they go to make the ressie? They don't charge the card until checkout.

I already have the reservation and I don't remember them asking for a credit card number. I thought it was odd. But maybe there is a way for me to give them my card # and have the room costs charged? I wasn't really planning to pay for all incidental charges because the room for 10 days is costing enough. But there isn't that much to charge at HHI, so maybe I should just ask to have the whole bill charged to my credit card to make it easier. I'm not even sure if they can do that without actually seeing the card. I know that we always have to show our credit card at check-in. Anyone have a phone# for the HHI front desk?

I would contact the front desk, they should know how much HH's tax is. Also confirm that the accept a Disney Gift Card (are there separate cards for the Disney Stores?).
