I put them in a pyrex, take a can of cut or ring pineapples in its own juice (not the syrup), strain the juice into a bowl, add about a tablespoon or 2 or brown sugar to the juice, stir it. Put the pineapples on top of the ham steak, pour the sugar water mixture over it, then bake it 350 10 mins on one side, 10 mins on the other.
