prepaid visa card usage

Hi everyone

Has anybody tried using the prepaid card to pay annual member fees? I just find using these prepaid cards a bit of a hassle keeping track of the balance, etc.
I tried just cashing it in at my bank and depositing the funds into my account but they said they couldn't do that. So, to use it in one lump sum, I was going to try paying my annual dues with it. Anybody have any luck with that?
